Ticket terms

These terms apply to every Fireside 2027 ticket bought on firesidefestival.ca. Tickets are sold by Fireside Festival. Buying a ticket means you agree to them.

Prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars. GST is added at checkout and no other fees are added. Prices go up as each tier sells out, and you pay the price shown when you start checkout.

Your ticket

Each ticket has its own QR code, sent by email and shown on your ticket page. Each code lets 1 person in for the nights on the ticket. A Weekend Pass covers Friday and Saturday.

Keep your codes private. A code works for the first person who scans it each night, so a copied code can lock you out. We can't replace tickets used by someone you shared the code with.

Refunds

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges, including for a change of plans, a missed night, a lineup change, weather or a removal from the venue.

• If the festival is cancelled, we refund the full ticket price, GST included, to the card you paid with within 30 days. You don't need to ask.
• If the festival moves to new dates, your ticket works for the new dates. There is no refund for a date change.

Giving away or reselling tickets

You can give a ticket to a friend by sending them its QR code. You can't resell a ticket for more than you paid. We may cancel tickets resold above face value, bought with bots, or bought in a way that gets around the limit per order. Cancelled tickets are not refunded.

Promo codes

You can use 1 code per order, entered at checkout. Codes can't be added after you've paid and have no cash value.

Crew rewards

• After you buy, your ticket email includes your own crew link. Every ticket a friend buys through it counts toward money back on your order.
• The rewards and the number of tickets needed are listed in your ticket email. Reach the top level and your whole order is refunded.
• Tickets count when they are bought before the date in your email. That is 24 hours after you buy, or the start of the festival if it comes first.
• Only paid tickets bought by someone else count. Buying through your own link doesn't count.
• Rewards go back to the card you paid with and usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear. Your tickets still work.
• We may cancel rewards earned through fake orders or orders made to game the program.

Entry

• Friday is 19+. Saturday is all ages until 8pm, then 19+. Guests under 19 must leave by 8pm on Saturday. Kids under 12 get in free on Saturday with a kids ticket, added to an order with an adult Saturday or weekend ticket, and must be with an adult the whole time. Bring government photo ID, we check it at the door.
• Re-entry is allowed until 10pm each night. Keep your wristband on, it is checked every time you come back in. There is no re-entry after 10pm. A smoking area is provided inside.
• Bags may be searched. Venue rules apply, and we will post the list of items that aren't allowed before the festival.
• We and the venue can refuse entry to, or remove, anyone who is unsafe, too intoxicated, or breaks the rules. There is no refund when that happens.

Lineup and schedule

Artists, set times and the schedule can change. We will post changes on this site and our Instagram.

Photos and video

Fireside is photographed and filmed. By attending you agree that you may appear in photos and video we use to share and promote the festival.

Your safety

You attend at your own risk. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you is limited to the price you paid for your ticket.
